To strengthen its team, Sofitel Agadir is looking to hire an Assistant Maître d'Hôtel, a Chef de Rang, a Commis de Rang, and a Commis de Cuisine. Each role comes with specific responsibilities and requirements that cater to skilled individuals eager to enhance their careers in the hospitality sector.
Available Positions and Responsibilities
Assistant Maître d'Hôtel: This role involves organizing dining service in alignment with the hotel’s standards, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, and assisting in coordinating restaurant teams. Candidates should have confirmed experience in luxury hospitality, excellent presentation skills, and fluency in both French and English.
Chef de Rang: Responsible for delivering high-quality service in the dining room, this position requires experience in a similar role within upscale hospitality environments. Strong communication skills in French and English, along with a detail-oriented approach, are essential.
Commis de Rang: This entry-level position involves assisting with service setup and supporting the dining team in providing an excellent guest experience. Applicants should ideally have prior experience in hospitality and be motivated to grow within a luxury setting.
Commis de Cuisine: Candidates for this kitchen role should have experience and knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations. This position requires teamwork and a dedication to maintaining high culinary standards.
