Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The HR Supervisors will undertake several crucial responsibilities, including managing personnel administration for the stores, recruiting staff for various positions, monitoring employee absences, overseeing vacation requests, managing probation periods, participating in disciplinary procedures, and providing support to store managers on HR-related issues. They will also be tasked with producing HR reports for their assigned scope, identifying and escalating sensitive situations, and contributing to the development of internal HR policies.
