Roles and Responsibilities of Local Tours Executives

The responsibilities associated with this role include preparing and presenting competitive quotes as well as tailored commercial proposals within specified deadlines. Successful candidates will manage all aspects of tour operations, including bookings, allocations, supplier coordination, and service quality. Monitoring tour performance, margins, customer satisfaction, and operational risks will be crucial, along with implementing necessary corrective actions. Additionally, contributing to client growth and retention through account management, business development, and integration with digital platforms is expected. Local Tours Executives will also coordinate internal processes related to reservations, pre-payments, eco-billing, and operational tracking, participate in new product development, conduct market analysis, and enhance the activity portfolio continuously. They will play a key role in the digital transformation of local operations and tourist offerings while ensuring effective communication between client needs, operational constraints, and partner expectations.

The ideal candidates should have a proven background in the tours and activities industry, particularly in roles related to product development, sales, or operations.
