U.S. Commendation for Moroccan Military Cadets

In a significant development within the context of military collaboration between Morocco and the United States, two Moroccan military students embarked on a new chapter in their careers by enrolling in prestigious American military academies in June. One of these students is the first member of the Royal Moroccan Air Force to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy in the last three decades, while the other is a naval cadet from the Royal Moroccan Navy, marking a historic first for the U.S. Naval Academy.

According to the American embassy in Rabat, these students will undergo an intensive four-year academic and military training program, after which they will return to Morocco to serve as officers. This opportunity not only allows them to receive high-level training but also underscores the robust partnership between the United States and Morocco, particularly in military and academic cooperation.

The American diplomatic mission congratulated the Moroccan cadets on this occasion, expressing best wishes for their success in their future endeavors. They emphasized that the participation of these students in the American military institutions will further enhance the longstanding ties between the two nations.
