On April 6, 2026, a significant drop in temperatures is anticipated across Morocco, accompanied by scattered rains and a likelihood of thunderstorms, particularly in the northern desert provinces as well as in Souss, Rehamna, Abda, and Chiadma regions. Minimum temperatures are projected to range from 4°C to 11°C in the Atlas, Rif, and eastern high plateaus, while southern provinces, the Saiss region, southeastern slopes, Souss, Rehamna, and central plains will see minimums between 17°C and 24°C. Elsewhere, minimum temperatures will vary between 12°C and 16°C.
On the Mediterranean coast, daily temperatures are likely to rise, whereas a decline is expected in other regions. Sea conditions will be generally calm to slightly choppy on the Mediterranean, with slightly rough seas between Casablanca and Agadir, while the rest of the coastline will experience conditions ranging from calm to moderately rough.
