Weather Update: 28 Degrees Expected in Marrakech with Light Rain on Tuesday

Marrakech Weather Forecast for Tuesday

The General Directorate of Meteorology has announced that Marrakech will experience alternating cloudy and sunny conditions on Tuesday, with temperatures rising to approximately 28 degrees Celsius. There is a slight chance of light rain, estimated at only 5%, with northern winds expected to reach speeds of 7 kilometers per hour, with gusts possibly hitting 24 kilometers per hour.

Additionally, meteorological data indicates overcast skies, while the ultraviolet (UV) index will remain low at 1.6, which is categorized as good. The national weather forecast predicts relatively warm conditions in the desert regions of the kingdom, balanced by partly cloudy skies in the Rif and Atlas mountain ranges, where sporadic light rain may occur.

Temperature Ranges Across Morocco

It is also anticipated that low clouds will form in the morning, potentially dense and accompanied by fog or very light localized rain near the coast. Moderate wind gusts may occur along the central coasts and in the southernmost areas of the country, which could lead to localized dust storms.

Temperature ranges are expected to vary, with minimums between 5 and 12 degrees in the Atlas and Rif mountains as well as the eastern highlands, while southern regions and Souss are expected to see temperatures ranging from 22 to 28 degrees. In contrast, temperatures in the southeast, Shiazem, Tadla plains, and the Saïss region will fall between 16 and 21 degrees, whereas other areas of the kingdom will see minimums between 10 and 15 degrees.

During the day, slight increases in temperature are forecasted for the southeastern parts of the eastern region, while other areas may experience a decrease.
