On September 10, 2026, AKDITAL, a prominent healthcare group, inaugurated the 'AKDITAL Academy' in Casablanca, designed specifically to foster the integration, skill enhancement, and professional growth of its employees. This innovative internal training structure aims to provide a comprehensive framework for continuous education throughout the professional journey of its staff, from onboarding new recruits to refining the skills of existing teams.
The academy offers a variety of training pathways focused on several key areas, including integration processes, job preparation, ongoing training, professional development support, and remote learning opportunities. This multifaceted approach combines theoretical instruction, practical simulations, on-site immersion experiences, and knowledge transfer from seasoned professionals within the organization.
The inaugural cohort comprises around fifty employees specializing in operational roles, with plans to gradually expand the academy's offerings to encompass additional functions, particularly in the paramedical field, based on the evolving needs of the group's facilities. In 2025 alone, AKDITAL reported the execution of 462 training initiatives covering 326 distinct topics, benefiting 2,703 participants and totaling 41,822 hours of training.
