Casablanca Concludes Innovative Incubation Program for Palestinian Startups

Empowering Palestinian Entrepreneurs through Innovation

The Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency (BMAQ Innovation Hub) has successfully wrapped up an incubation program for its fifth cohort of Palestinian startups in Casablanca. This initiative, which concluded on April 13, 2026, has been instrumental in fostering creativity and innovation among Palestinian entrepreneurs, significantly supported by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform. The program was designed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge necessary for thriving in today's competitive market.

Throughout the program, members of the cohort engaged in an advanced marketing masterclass held at the prestigious National School of Commerce and Management of Casablanca (ENCGC). This class focused on contemporary trends in brand creation and personalization, consumer behavior analysis, and marketing segmentation strategies. Participants had the rare opportunity to interact with students who are also project holders, presenting and discussing their innovative ideas before a distinguished jury of Palestinian entrepreneurs.

This engagement not only provided practical experience in analyzing business models and assessing startup viability but also fostered a collaborative environment where ideas could flourish. The program's vision is to enable Palestinian startups to draw inspiration from international best practices and effectively engage with successful innovation ecosystems. This approach is aimed at bolstering their competitiveness and supporting their growth trajectories.

The culmination of this enriching experience was marked by a ceremony where participation certificates were awarded to cohort members. Many expressed their admiration for Morocco's innovative landscape, acknowledging that this visit was a vital opportunity for establishing future partnerships and gleaning insights from successful models that could be adapted to the Palestinian context. Since its inception three years ago as part of the 2024-2027 digital strategy, the incubation program has so far benefited 34 startups, primarily focusing on sectors such as artificial intelligence, education, health, agriculture, and fintech.
