Available Positions and Requirements

The positions currently available in Casablanca are primarily targeted at technical profiles holding a Bac+2 qualification, who are eager to develop their careers within an industrial environment. Each role comes with specific responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Technician: Engage in preventive and corrective maintenance operations for industrial equipment, diagnose faults, perform technical interventions to ensure equipment availability, and monitor maintenance operations while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Electromechanic: Conduct interventions on equipment that combines electrical and mechanical systems, diagnose electromechanical malfunctions, partake in maintenance and reconditioning operations, and follow applicable technical procedures and safety regulations.
  • Industrial Electrician: Work on electrical installations and equipment, assist in diagnosing electrical faults, perform necessary maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and guidelines.
  • Industrial Mechanic: Participate in the maintenance of mechanical equipment and installations, identify mechanical discrepancies, carry out repairs, adjustments, and component replacements, and contribute to the optimal functioning of production equipment.
  • Machine Operator: Oversee and monitor production machinery, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, make necessary adjustments according to established procedures, identify operational anomalies, and adhere to quality, safety, and production standards.

To qualify for any of these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bac+2 or a specialized technician diploma in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, industrial electricity, or a similar technical specialty.
  • Prior experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
  • Possess a solid technical foundation relevant to the targeted position.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently within a production or maintenance team.
  • Exhibit diligence in executing interventions and adhering to procedures.
  • Be responsive to incidents or technical needs encountered on-site.
  • Show a strong sense of responsibility.
