Available Positions and Responsibilities

- E-Commerce Manager: This role involves driving online sales growth and optimizing the hotel's digital presence. Key tasks include managing the distribution and marketing strategy across digital channels, updating hotel content, offers, and pricing on the hotel's website and booking platforms, as well as analyzing traffic, conversion rates, and revenue indicators to drive direct bookings.
- HR Assistant: The HR Assistant will play a vital role in the administrative management of hotel staff, handling tasks such as preparing employee files, tracking contracts and absences, organizing recruitment efforts, and ensuring the effective onboarding of new hires while addressing employee inquiries in accordance with internal procedures.
- SPA Receptionist: The SPA Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming spa guests, managing bookings and appointments, providing information on treatments and services, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction throughout the guest experience.
