One of the key issues linked to this visit is the potential signing of a bilateral treaty between Morocco and France. Sources suggest that this agreement is nearing completion, with the committees responsible for drafting the treaty having held their latest working session on September 21. This forthcoming treaty is poised to be groundbreaking, as it will be the first of its kind that France signs with a country outside of Europe, drawing parallels to the Quirinal Treaty signed between France and Italy.
