MAB Expo to Debut in Casablanca: A New Era for the Joinery Industry
From April 24 to April 26, 2026, the ICEC exhibition park in Casablanca will host the inaugural edition of MAB Expo, a groundbreaking event tailored specifically for professionals in the wood and aluminum joinery sectors. Under the theme "The Artisan, a Link of Excellence," this expo aims to gather all stakeholders within a vital industry that intersects craftsmanship, industrial production, and innovation. Organized by Urbacom, a company with over 25 years of experience in the organization of professional trade shows, MAB Expo is designed to serve as a pivotal space that promotes exchanges, showcases expertise, and supports the sector's transformations.
This event comes at a time when the joinery sector is experiencing significant growth within the national economy, boasting a total revenue of nearly 900 billion dirhams in 2024. The joinery industry accounts for up to 20% of finishing budgets in construction, and it is part of a changing ecosystem, spurred on by the robust development of the aluminum sector and the rise of industrialized solutions. MAB Expo aims to address these industry shifts by offering a comprehensive platform that brings together artisans, manufacturers, distributors, architects, influencers, and institutions. The dual objectives are to enhance the skills of professionals and to create new business opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
An Immersive Experience Showcasing Innovations
Over the course of three days, the expo is expected to attract nearly 10,000 visitors, both professionals and the general public, featuring a rich program that includes conferences, workshops, and technical demonstrations. Attendees can look forward to more than 30 live demonstrations that will unveil the latest innovations, ranging from machinery to digital solutions applicable to the industry. The event will be organized around several thematic areas covering the entire value chain, including aluminum and wood sectors, transversal solutions, finishing and design, as well as a Craft Village dedicated to training, support, and professional exchanges. This structure is designed to create a clear and immersive journey, facilitating encounters, fostering expertise sharing, and providing a comprehensive overview of market trends.
The MAB Expo will take place at the ICEC in Aïn Sebaâ, Casablanca, located at 6 Boulevard de Makro. Visitors can attend during the following hours: Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
