MIF Maroc, a leader in the fields of plumbing, air conditioning, fire protection, and maintenance, is seeking to strengthen its team by recruiting three fluid profiles for its study office based in Casablanca. The roles available include a BIM Modeler for fluids, a Fluid Studies Manager, and a Fluid Studies Specialist (H/F). Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements

The BIM Modeler for fluids will be responsible for creating 3D BIM modeling of fluid networks, which includes plumbing, HVAC, smoke extraction, and fire protection systems. This role requires proficiency in Revit MEP and confirmed experience in BIM fluids. The Modeler will also be tasked with producing execution plans and specifications from the digital model and ensuring that the BIM model is updated throughout the construction phase.

The Fluid Studies Manager will oversee technical studies for the company’s key projects, managing a team of study specialists and BIM modelers. Candidates must hold an engineering degree in climate engineering, thermal systems, or fluids, and have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential for this position.

Lastly, the Fluid Studies Specialist role is ideal for those looking to kickstart their careers in a study office environment. Responsibilities include conducting technical studies for fluid systems, preparing execution plans, and coordinating with both construction and BIM teams. A DUT in climate engineering or a related field is required, alongside good knowledge of AutoCAD, with Revit MEP being a valued asset.
