This event will be characterized by a heatwave, thunderstorms, and hail accompanied by strong wind gusts. As per the alert, temperatures are expected to reach between 36 to 40 degrees Celsius in regions such as Taroudant, Oued Ed-Dahab, Smara, Boujdour, Laayoune, and Aousserd.

Moreover, localized thunderstorms are anticipated, with rainfall amounts ranging between 20 to 30 millimeters. These thunderstorms are expected to commence today at 1 PM and continue until 11 PM this evening, affecting areas such as Al Haouz, Ifrane, Azilal, Rhamna, Boulemane, Marrakech, Qalaa Saraghna, Khénifra, Chichaoua, and Sefrou. The public is urged to exercise caution when traveling, as these weather phenomena could lead to disruptions in traffic and reduced visibility, particularly in areas experiencing heavy thunderstorms.
