Planning Officer – Casablanca
This role is part of the Planning Service and is directly involved in organizing and monitoring academic activities. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and overseeing the academic planning process.
- Designing and updating the schedules for various training programs.
- Coordinating with departments, faculty members, and administrative services.
- Optimizing management of schedules and allocation of time slots.
- Monitoring changes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of planning data.
- Participating in the organization of examinations.
- Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of various educational activities.
- Engaging in continuous improvement of academic planning processes.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree ranging from Bac+3 to Bac+5.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated rigor, organization, and responsiveness.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

International Relations Officer – Casablanca
This position supports HESTIM’s efforts to develop partnerships with foreign universities, schools, and institutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with international partners.
- Identifying new opportunities for academic cooperation.
- Overseeing agreements and partnership contracts.
- Coordinating international mobility for students and faculty.
- Organizing meetings, visits, and events with foreign partners.
- Facilitating professional exchanges with international contacts.
- Preparing presentations, reports, minutes, and documents related to international activities.
- Monitoring programs and calls for international cooperation projects.
- Identifying development and academic mobility opportunities.
- Contributing to the international visibility of the institution.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- A Bac+5 degree in International Relations, Management, International Business, Communication, Management Sciences, or a related field.
