Moroccan Front for Palestine Denounces Involvement in Gaza Stabilization Efforts
The Moroccan Front for Supporting Palestine and Opposing Normalization has firmly rejected the idea of Morocco participating in what it calls the deployment of so-called "stabilization forces" in the Gaza Strip. The group criticized this move, alleging that it serves the interests of Zionist and American agendas, and contradicts the steadfast position of the Moroccan people in support of the Palestinian cause and its resistance. In a statement, the Front condemned what it termed a "genocidal war" waged by Israel, viewing it as a violation of ceasefire agreements and a challenge to international conventions. They highlighted the ongoing daily massacres, attacks on civilians, infrastructure, health facilities, and shelters, as well as the targeted assassinations of Palestinian resistance leaders, all aimed at undermining the will of the Palestinian people and extinguishing their resistance.
Furthermore, the Front condemned Israel's continued interception of humanitarian aid meant to alleviate the siege imposed on Gaza and the detention of international solidarity activists. They asserted that these actions violate international law and reflect the Israeli military's intent to exacerbate the situation. Despite these challenges, the Front praised the resilience of the Palestinian people and their struggle, emphasizing that, regardless of the sacrifices made, their resistance remains capable of thwarting the objectives of occupation. This embodies the determination of a people fighting for their freedom and independence.
