Retired Spanish General's Provocative Statements on Morocco
In a recent statement that has ignited significant controversy, retired Spanish General Francisco José Gan Bampoulos claimed that Spain possesses the capability to neutralize Moroccan military capabilities within just 24 hours in the event of an attack on Ceuta.
