Morocco's Caisse Marocaine des Retraites Launches Mobile Caravan in Agadir

The Caisse Marocaine des Retraites (CMR) is set to launch its innovative mobile proximity caravan on October 26, 2026, in Agadir, Morocco. This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility of its services to beneficiaries, thereby facilitating their access to various benefits offered by the CMR.

Aligned with the CMR's "Going Towards" approach, this caravan is designed to function as a mobile agency. It will enable beneficiaries to carry out several important tasks directly on-site. These tasks include obtaining information and guidance, updating personal data, submitting benefit applications, issuing pension certificates, processing requests, and receiving support in utilizing the digital services provided by the CMR.

This initiative is part of CMR's strategy to enhance proximity and social responsibility. It aims to promote equitable access to the services of the fund, strengthen digital inclusion, and better cater to the needs of beneficiaries, especially in remote areas that lack access to traditional service structures.

Agadir has been selected as the first location for this deployment, marking the beginning of a progressive rollout plan that will extend to other regions of the Kingdom throughout the year. Through this mobile caravan, CMR reaffirms its commitment to providing accessible, inclusive public services while contributing to the enhancement of territorial cohesion and equal access to essential services.
