Largest Industrial Event Set for Casablanca
The upcoming 14th edition of the SISTEP IMME is scheduled to take place from September 9 to 12, 2026, at the OFEC - International Fair of Casablanca. This prominent event is held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Anticipated to attract approximately 6,500 industry professionals from Morocco, Africa, and beyond, the exhibition aims to connect various stakeholders, including manufacturers, equipment suppliers, investors, and decision-makers, all centered around advanced production technologies, industrial security, and the evolving paradigm of Industry 4.0.
Three Key Domains of Focus
This year’s edition is structured around three complementary themes. The "IMME" segment will highlight productive equipment and industrial technologies, while "SIPEX" will showcase solutions related to industrial safety, risk prevention, workplace health and safety, fire protection, personal protective equipment, and emergency management. Additionally, "INTEC" will present advancements in Industry 4.0, focusing on digitalization, automation, and smart technologies. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with technological demonstrations and conferences that emphasize automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, and the latest materials in the industry.
Moreover, the event will foster partnerships with various clusters, including the Naval Cluster, Maintenance 4.0 Cluster, and the Railway Cluster, each aimed at showcasing their respective sectors' technological needs and opportunities for local integration.
The SISTEP IMME 2026 will also feature international pavilions representing industrial ecosystems from Africa, Europe, and Asia. The Chinese pavilion will facilitate exchanges within the Moroccan industrial landscape, focusing on equipment, production, maintenance, automation, and Industry 4.0. Meanwhile, the Mauritanian pavilion will build on collaborations established in 2025, highlighting investment and partnership opportunities within the industrial sector. Furthermore, the Italian pavilion aims to enhance technological and industrial cooperation between Italian and Moroccan companies.
In addition to these highlights, the event will host a dedicated Foundry Village, showcasing expertise, industrial capabilities, technologies, and businesses within this sector, while promoting interactions between foundries, decision-makers, and end-users. The SISTEP IMME will specifically target industries involved in materials processing, energy, electrotechnics, infrastructure, industrial construction, mobility, transport, process industries, and agro-industry. B2B meetings and networking opportunities will be arranged to facilitate connections between various stakeholders, including suppliers, integrators, engineering firms, and buyers.
